learndirect scotland for business is part of Skills Development Scotland; Scotland’s skills body. Our aim is to provide you with support to develop your employees’ skills and identify and source training requirements.
Skills Development Scotland run a series of national training programmes, including Skillseekers and Modern Apprenticeships.
Skillseekers is a vocational training programme for young people. Your business will benefit by getting training that meets your company’s needs. Modern Apprenticeships are aimed at those aged 16 or over and capable of achieving a vocational qualification at Level 2 or above. This programme can be used to train existing employees or new employees. With both programmes you will receive a direct contribution towards the costs of training.

- Course search – our database contains more than 18,000 courses to help develop you and your staff.
