This package of resources will provide you with a thorough understanding of 'Training issues'.  It includes a mixture of resources including directors' briefing notes, online learning modules, training workbooks and factsheets.

Directors' briefing notes
 
Directors' briefing notes are four page information guides providing you with advice on best practice.  There are three papers available for you to download:

  3. Using Training Effectively

Online learning
Our learning bytes are online learning modules, which you can dip in and out of at your leisure.  There are five learning bytes for you to choose from:

  5. Training for Non Trainers
