Workplace Policies

This package of resources will provide you with a thorough understanding on 'Workplace Policies'.  It includes a mixture of resources including directors' briefing notes, online learning modules and factsheets.

Directors' briefing notes

Directors' briefing notes are four page information guides providing you with advice on best practice.  There are six papers available for you to download:

  1. An Email Policy for your Employees
  2. An Internet Policy for your Employees
  3. Discipline and Grievance Issues
  4. Employees who Work from Home
  5. Everyday Workplace Policies
  6. The Law on Flexible Working

Online learning
Our learning bytes are online learning modules, which you can dip in and out of at your leisure.  There are two learning bytes for you to choose from:

  1. Employment Law
  2. Equal Opportunities Act
