We've created a set of five workbooks - each dealing with a different key area of staff training. The workbooks are specially designed to help you to address training needs relevant to your business.
These workbooks come in three formats.
PDF – simply view or save the workbooks as PDF files. You may wish to print workbooks in full or just the pages you need.
Editable PDF – you can fill in the online workbooks as you go along and save the file (select ‘file’ and ‘save as’) to your own network drive. This will allow you to return to, and update, the workbook at any time in the future. You must be running Adobe Reader version 7.0 or above to enable this function. The latest version is available as a free download at www.adobe.com
